Terms of Service

Greenlight Publish is a web application that reviews a manuscript file you provide and returns a readiness report: an AI-disclosure recommendation, trademark risk signals, print and formatting checks, content-policy checks and an originality assessment.

The Service produces information and automated checks, nothing more. It is not legal advice, it is not a review by Amazon, and it does not submit anything to Amazon or any other retailer on your behalf. You decide what to publish and what to declare. See the Disclaimer page for the full list of limits.

A purchase gives one named operator a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service, delivered as a license key tied to the email address used at checkout. Starter and Pro cover that operator's own publishing projects. Agency Rights also permits that operator to use the Service and included Custom GPTs while delivering paid publishing-readiness services to clients. Licenses are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

You may not:

• share, resell, rent or publish your license key, or use it for more than one person;
• resell reports as an unreviewed standalone product or present the Service as your own; only Agency Rights permits reviewed reports and outputs to be delivered within paid client work;
• share or resell a Custom GPT link, underlying prompt, knowledge file, licence key or raw product access, including under Agency Rights;
• access the Service by script, scraper or any automated bulk method, or work around the allowances in section 3;
• upload material you have no right to upload.

We may suspend or terminate a license that breaks these rules. Where the breach is plausibly a mistake we will contact you first; where it is clearly deliberate abuse (key sharing at scale, automated access) we may block the key immediately.

Each plan includes the monthly scan allowance shown on the offer page at the time of your purchase and in your billing page inside the app. That allowance refreshes every month without another payment.

Deep Scan is available from a completed report on eligible plans. Provider capacity, routing and internal analysis fallbacks are managed by the Service and are not sold or displayed as a customer credit balance.

There are also technical limits — a maximum manuscript length per scan and rate limits to stop abuse. We may adjust these limits, and may change plans, allowances and included features for new purchases. We will not silently reduce what you have already paid for, but we may retire or replace parts of the Service; if that affects your access we will tell you.

You keep all rights to the manuscripts you scan. You grant us only the permission needed to run the Service: to process the text you submit, to send the parts required for a given check to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and to store the resulting report in your account history so you can open it again.

We do not sell your manuscript, publish it, or use it to train our own models. What we store and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy.

Custom GPT upgrades run inside ChatGPT rather than inside the Service. OpenAI's terms and data controls apply to those conversations. You must have the right to upload any manuscript, cover or client material you provide there, and Agency operators must have their client's permission before doing so.

Payments are processed by WarriorPlus. Prices are shown on the offer page and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any tax that applies to you and is not collected at checkout.

WarriorPlus does not produce, own, operate or support this product, and does not provide product support, customer service or refunds. WarriorPlus does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for any claim, statement or result described on this page.

Refunds are handled through WarriorPlus under the terms shown on the offer page at the time of your purchase. To request one, open a refund request from your WarriorPlus purchases page, or write to us through the support page and we will help.

A refund returns what you paid under those terms; it is not a promise of any publishing result. When a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, the license attached to it ends and access to the Service may be terminated.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every trademark conflict, policy problem or copied passage will be detected.

A readiness score reflects our checks against the policy version printed on your report. It is not a prediction or a promise that Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing — or any other retailer — will approve, publish or keep your book live. Their review and their decision are entirely theirs.

Nothing in the Service or on our pages is a promise of sales, rankings, royalties or income. Any figures or examples shown are illustrative and are not typical results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost royalties, lost data, or any action taken by a retailer against you or your account — including rejection, removal, suspension or withheld payments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of warranty or liability. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Greenlight Publish is independent. It is not part of, endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing, Google, YouTube, Meta Platforms or any other platform named on our pages. All names, logos and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what the tool checks.

Some checks rely on third-party sources — trademark records, search results and plagiarism providers. Those sources update on their own schedule and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and they may become unavailable. We surface the evidence we find; we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address with its revision date at the top; material changes will be announced in the app or by email to the address on your license. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access for a breach of section 2, for a refunded or reversed purchase, or if we discontinue the Service — in which case we will give reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes will be brought before the competent courts there, without prejudice to any consumer right you have to bring a claim where you live. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
