How do I run my first scan?
Activate your license key at
/app, then open New Scan, upload your manuscript (DOCX, PDF, EPUB or plain text) and answer the 7 questions about how the book was made. Your readiness score and fix list appear when scoring finishes.What file types can I upload?
DOCX, PDF, EPUB and plain text. Files are parsed in your browser — only the extracted text is sent for scoring, and the manuscript itself is never stored on our servers.
What does the readiness score actually check?
Four things that get KDP submissions blocked: AI-content disclosure (which checkbox to tick), trademark risk against live USPTO records, originality signals, and print readiness (page size, bleed, margins, DPI, fonts).

Where do I find my license key?
It's in your WarriorPlus purchase receipt and on your WarriorPlus purchases page. Paste it into
/app to activate.What is the difference between Starter, Pro and Agency?
Starter is 10 Scans/month for own projects. Pro is 30 Scans/month plus Deep Scan, professional PDF export and priority processing. Agency removes the monthly readiness-scan limit, includes both specialist GPTs and permits paid client delivery for one operator.
How do I upgrade?
Upgrades are handled through WarriorPlus. After purchase, copy the new licence key from your receipt and activate it in the app. If the receipt or entitlement is missing, contact us below with your purchase email.
Plagiarism checks
How does the plagiarism check work?
Open any completed report and run the plagiarism check to see matching passages and source links when available. Deep Scan automatically selects the best available analysis path; provider capacity and routing are handled internally.
Refunds
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are handled through WarriorPlus under the terms shown on the offer page at the time of purchase. Open a refund request from your WarriorPlus purchases page, or contact us and we'll help.
